The first plank. This is fastened with a plywood clamping device. Stainless steel screws are used in the stem and transom.
The final planks are fastened ready for the more detailed work to begin and then finished boat is ready for fairing and sanding.The boat is then undercoated and the first coat of marine enamel paint is applied. Finally, the boat is bright yellow and blue, she has had the seats painted for ease of maintenance and the boat looks fabulous!
